Founder Member Terms

These terms apply specifically to Founding Members of Visibility is Profitability. By applying and enrolling as a Founding Member, you agree to these terms.
Founding member eligibility
Founding Member status is limited to the first 25 approved applicants during the initial launch period.
To be eligible:
- You must submit an application
- Your application must be approved by Rita Suzanne
- You must complete enrollment and payment within 7 days of approval
Founding Member applications close when 25 members are approved or on December 14, 2025, whichever comes first.
Pricing and payment terms
Founding Member Rate: $100/month
Your monthly membership fee is $100, billed monthly on your enrollment date.
This rate is locked as long as you maintain continuous active membership. Your rate will never increase, regardless of future price changes to standard membership or addition of new features.
Standard Member Rate: $150/month
Standard members (non-Founders) pay $150/month. This rate may increase over time as features are added.
Payment Method
You must provide a valid payment method at enrollment. Your membership automatically renews monthly unless you cancel.
Rate lock conditions
Your $100/month Founding Member rate remains locked under these conditions:
You maintain continuous active membership
If your membership lapses for any reason (cancellation, failed payment, non-payment), you lose your Founding Member rate permanently.
You do not cancel
If you cancel your membership and later rejoin, you will pay whatever the current standard membership rate is at that time. You cannot regain Founding Member pricing.
Your payment method remains valid
If your payment fails and your account becomes inactive, you lose your Founding Member rate. You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.
Membership requirements
As a Founding Member, you commit to:
Weekly implementation
- Create and post content using weekly prompts
- Submit proof of posting (screenshot + link)
- Complete relationship building actions
Monthly tracking
- Update visibility metrics monthly
- Submit relationship building proof monthly
Community participation
- Engage in the community forum when possible
- Provide feedback to improve the membership
- Maintain respectful, professional conduct
Failure to meet these requirements
While we encourage consistent participation, failure to submit weekly or monthly does not result in automatic cancellation. However, members who consistently fail to participate for 60+ days without communication may be contacted to determine if the membership is still the right fit.

Your Founding Member subscription includes:
- Access to all foundation exercises and tool setup guidance
- Weekly content prompts delivered each Monday
- Accountability system (proof submission, badges, streaks)
- Monthly metrics tracking templates
- Community forum access
- Question submission (answered monthly in batches, up to 30-day turnaround)
- Access to bonus Visibility Lab calls when scheduled (not guaranteed monthly)
- All updates and new features added to the membership
What’s not included
Visibility is Profitability does not include:
- Guaranteed monthly coaching calls
- 1-on-1 support or immediate response times
- Content review before posting
- Done-for-you content creation
- Technical platform training or support
- Website design or management services
